BookingCenter provides free and paid support to its customers. The first thing you should do is search the FAQ to answer any questions you may have this is fastest and easiest for most questions. If you have a current Support Contract, login to the Support Area where the latest updates for your BookingCenter software are kept current.
If you can't find the help you need online, consider purchasing a Support Plan.
